outlines our returns and refund policy.

1. Returns

• Items may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Clearance products may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Contact us at admin@grieq.co.za with your order number to initiate a return.
• Instructions and return address details will be provided.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds

• Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges permitted for sizing or color variations if stock is available.
• If unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 48 hours with photos if you receive damaged or incorrect goods.
